Because I am still on the hunt for some good Mexican food here, I decided to take matters into my own hands and make myself some enchiladas. Fresh Direct, my online grocery store, didn’t even carry enchilada sauce (gasp!), so I was forced to find some in a local market.

Here is the actual conversation that transpired:

Me: Do you carry enchilada sauce?

Grocery boy: What is it for?

Me [dumbfounded]: Enchiladas.

Grocery boy: [Blank stare.]

Me [amazed yet slightly amused]: Mexican food?

Grocery clerk: Oh. [Light bulb!] End of aisle 6.
